 Target
shooting is one of the oldest discipline in the history of the
Modern Olympic Games. The sport is open to people of all ages.
Various events are different based on distance, position, and the
number of shots fired. This sport develops the vitals skills of
attention to details, concentration, stress control, general mental
conditioning, and more.
Our
Goal: To provide instruction on the proper use of firearms as
well as instill awareness of safety guidelines at an early age. Instruction
on the official NRA as well as ISSF-UIF rules and regulations will
also be offered. Basic techniques and practice tips will be taught
to students to encourage correct position at an early age. These
classes will also help prepare the students for future participation
on collegiate target shooting teams.
